Damages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at gardenandhomeuk.shop@outlook.com within 24 hours with photos. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

30-Day Return Window: For our pre-made, ready-to-ship items, you have 14 days to notify us of a return and a further 14 days to send the item back.

(please note returns are not offered on bespoke or where additions have been made to items, other than if they are damaged.

Return Shipping: Items must be returned in their original condition. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for "change of mind" returns. Due to the weight of our scaffold board furniture, we recommend using a tracked courier service.

"Items must be returned using the same protective layers (bubble wrap/kraft paper) provided. Failure to secure the item within the box will result in surface damage during transit. Any items returned with scuffs, scratches, or impact damage due to poor packaging will incur a refurbishment fee deducted from the final refund."
